The client worked as a business owner for over two decades as a general contractor for commercial and residential properties. His company was a franchise and he had the idea of creating his own residential development company. He hired us to come up with the name, logo design, and full brand strategy. The only creative direction we received was: modern, luxury, urban. From there, AV Urban was born.
